POCUS is the acquisition, interpretation, and rapid clinical integration of ultrasonographic imaging performed by treating physician at patient’s bedside. It used in field Emergency Medicine to assist diagnosing managing various conditions ranging from undifferentiated shock, respiratory failure, cardiac arrest, which have shown a positive impact on decision-making, resulting decreased emergency department hospital length stay. also valuable diagnostic tool pediatric patients for whom radiation exposure significant concern. aid medical surgical emergencies. Despite evident literature regarding utility Pediatric (PEM) practice, there lack specialized training physicians, especially low-income countries. Therefore, this comment emphasizes need PEM.
